Not a very good week...

     Christmas was a couple days ago and my birthday the day before that. We celebrated Eli's and mu birthday last week by watching Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Which was really good, they did a wonderful job of bringing ac that authentic Star Wars feel. Then we ate dinner at Red Robin, it was a great day.
     Sometime after that, I got sick. Shortly afterwards Livvy got sick too. On the 24th I pretty much spent the whole day in bed, Just felt horrible. Christmas, we woke up and Amber and Luis made breakfast for everyone, then we opened presents, I think we all got what we wanted so it was a good Christmas.
     Afterwards we ad our traditional Chinese Christmas dinner and then we watched the Minions Movie and Home Alone. Nice relaxing night to a great day.

     The very next morning... (Livvy and I are still sick btw) I found our dog Monty with a a hole in his leg. So  Amber and Anita rushed him to the vet, they gave him medicine and told us to watch it. If it doesn't get better in a few days take him back. Then I had to go to work, which I had to do to get my holiday pay. But I checked my schedule and after this week I have 0 hours for the 2 weeks after. I'm already stressed out and not feeling good cause I'm sick and now they do this to me?
     It' not right that they pick on people with limited availability, I can not change my hours. I'm gonna call Monday about being trained s a cashier or something else. So then I wake up today feeling a lot better, Livvy seems to be better and Monty is doing better. Amber is just trying to deal with it all and keep us healthy.

Thoughts and Reflections

          I know it's a little early for this- but whatever. I'm bored and you need an update..
          2015 will go down as one of the best years, for us anyways. We were able to take Olivia to Disney Land, where she met Micky, Pluto and Donald. I had a rocky start going back to school in the spring, got my act together in the summer and just finished this Fall semester  with 3 As and 2 Bs. Olivia has been learning new things like every week. Now she makes this O face and sais Ow or Oo all the time. She can get in her high chair herself, and off of it too. So stinking cute.
          I came home one night, and after I laid down she rolled over and laid her head on my shoulder. She slept like that the whole night. I just love her so much. When Amber is at work shell ask me how Livvy is doing... I usually respond Shes doing Livvy things. Which include; playing dress up with mommy and daddys clothes, turning on and off the xbox, playing with random trash, and dancing to music only she can hear.
           Amber got a job on Day shift at the hospital, and its just been great. We eat lunch and dinner together more often now. We both get to spend some time with Livvy. It's really been just a wonderful  year. This Saturday we are going to see the new Star Wars, finally let Livvy meet Santa and go to dinner. Were celebrating Eli's and my birthday that day

Being thankfull

          One tradition we had when I was a kid was that every Thanks Giving we would go around the table as a family, and say what each of us were thankful for. I know Turkey day isn't till Thursday, but we do ave a lot to be thankful for;
     First I just want to say thanks to the kind person who dropped off a dinner box on our porch last week.  It definitely helps so thank you.
     Second I would like to thank my entire family. For always being there and praying for us.
     Lastly I want o thank my Wife and Daughter, without whom I'd be lost. You girls give me a goal to strive for and you push me to be better.

    Olivia just wants to thank everyone. She is so freakin cute.. we mostly cleaned our room last night... and she just keeps crawling under her crib to look for treasure (by treasure i mean toys).

     I don't know what Amber's thankful for, but my guess would be a ruggedly handsome husband.

And we settle in for winter...

     It seems every winter we get sick. It's fun, last year we didn't have Christmas because everyone was sick... I missed my birthday...Everything I've read says that this winter will be colder- much colder than usual. Well I don't care, I love the old.
      So we are getting ready and planning for thanksgiving, which should be really good. I found a recipe for some really good Chocolate Croissants,tried them last night and everyone liked them. Amber gave me an idea to make them eve better. And I'll be making cereal treats, so we'll have a lot of dessert. lol.
     I envy little Olivia, she just runs around with a smile on her face all day; while we have to work to make sure that cute smile is there. I love her so much.

No Update...

     This past week everyone in the house has been fighting a cold, Livvy and Nat Nat got it the worst. They're okay, we just have't been doing anything until they felt better. So I apologize for the lack of an update.

This is Halloween, This is Halloween...

     So the guy in the red mask is me (headless Ghost, Deadpool wannabe you pick), the cute baby in the stroller is Cookie Monster, Amber dressed up as a tired mommy (or maybe she didn't dress up...). this Halloween was pretty great. My Idea for a costume got ruined because plans kept changing and we were broke so I didn't want to buy something, but we received some extra money in the mail so I bought myself a little mask.
     Then we went trick or treating, with Amber's Sister's Family (Anita , Luis, Nathan, Eli, Natalie and our friend Josh), we went to Mount Vernon which is one of the only places nearby that does door-to-door trick-or-treating. And Its a street... that goes up... towards the hills... and yes I walked the whole way. Livvy was cute, one hand on her bucket and one hand with a candy in it. She never let go of her bucket, and always said "tank Ooo". Friggin adorable.
     2 hours, 2 miles, I was dead tired. We came home ad I laid on the floor because my body was tired and sore, but everyone wanted to go out to eat (instead of ordering pizza like we planned weeks ago...) so they forced me to get up. We went to eat Chinese at Canton Dragon, and had a nice dinner together. Great end to a great night, and tomorrow we are going down to San Tan Valley (on the other side of Phoenix) for our nephew Oliver's 2nd birthday, which should be very fun!.

Just a Normal Tuesday

     Yeah, I think I'm actually starting to grow up a little. Focusing on homework, and less time playing video games... and I'm registered for spring, enrolled in 4 more classes. I'm trying to clean up the room little by little. One day at a time right?
     I took Livvy to eat lunch with Amber at the hospital. She just loves going for a ride on Dada's scooter. We had a good lunch , some "lasagna" (more like a pasta and cheese casserole) and bread sticks with salad. It was a good lunch, we had a good time.

     Livvy will say Tickle now, when she tickles someone. At bed time when she doesn't want to sleep she will tickle my toes. She has an Elmo, Cookie Monster and an Abby from Sesame Street, she loves those guys and like to sleep with them at night.

     We love her so much.

New Blog Opening!

     In an effort to communicate with our vast plethora of family and friends everywhere; I have decided to start this new blog which will primarily focus on our family. Little Olivia is 17 months already and the world is missing out o her accomplishments... Either that or I'm just  horrible person for not calling everybody...
     Well as Amber and Olivia are napping I will get started writing the first of what I hope to be a very successful and weekly update/news stream.

     Olivia is a turd though... today as I was doing my school assignments sh was climbing into her crib, on tp of her dresser and just making a royal mess out of everything. But I got my school work done and Livvy is alive- so yeah. She likes to tickle people now, so watch but she'll tickle your toes if your not careful!
     She is so darn cute. I still can not believe I helped create something that cute.
